Terms and conditions Winter Bonus when starting Portfolio Management

For anyone who starts Portfolio Management during the promotion period and satisfies the conditions.

If you start Portfolio Management with a minimum deposit of €50,000 during the promotion period and satisfy the conditions, you’ll get a one-off bonus of €500 paid into your account.

1. Make an appointment with a Portfolio Manager, discuss your goals, and the type of mandate and risk profile that are right for you. Then get started with Portfolio Management.
2. Deposit your initial investment in your Portfolio Management account. You’ll be automatically signed up for the promotion. You don’t need to do anything yourself. If you satisfy the promotion conditions, your €500 will be paid out automatically.
3. Leave your investment in the account for at least three months (until the last day of the 3rd calendar month after you deposited it). To qualify for the bonus you may not withdraw this deposit prematurely.
4. You’ll automatically receive €500 in your Portfolio Management account in the 4th month after you made the initial investment.

You must leave your investment in the account until the last day of the 3rd calendar month after you deposited it. To qualify for the bonus, you may not withdraw this deposit prematurely. The €500 will be paid into your Portfolio Management account in the 4th calendar month after your deposit. You’ll be notified by email or via Internet Banking as soon as the bonus has been paid into your account.

For example: you make the deposit on 3 February 2025 and leave it in your account until 31 May 2025 at the earliest. Your €500 will appear in your account in June 2025. You’ll be notified by email or via Internet Banking as soon as the bonus has been paid into your account.

You must be (or become) a client of ABN AMRO and start Portfolio Management during the promotion period. You must deposit at least €50,000 in your Portfolio Management account. You must leave your investment in the account for at least three months (until the last day of the 3rd calendar month after you deposited it). In other words, to qualify for the bonus you may not withdraw this deposit prematurely.

• You will automatically be eligible for the promotion (if you meet the conditions). You do not have to sign up yourself.
• You must make your deposit in one go, i.e. you cannot transfer the minimum initial investment in smaller portions.
• Your initial investment (min. €50,000 newly added volume) in Portfolio Management must stay in the account for at least three months (until the last day of the 3rd calendar month after you deposited it). In other words, to qualify for the bonus, you may not withdraw this deposit prematurely.
• You may only take part in this promotion once per person, per account. This also includes joint accounts. So no individual will receive more than €500, irrespective of the number of participating investment accounts in their name. If you have a joint account, you will not receive more than €500.
• This promotion runs from 1 December 2024 to 28 February 2025.
• The promotion only applies to Portfolio Management and not to other types of investment.
• To start Portfolio Management, you must be (or become) a client of ABN AMRO.
• The promotion is not open to clients of ABN AMRO MeesPierson.
• The promotion is an initiative of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. with registered offices in Amsterdam.
• ABN AMRO Bank N.V. reserves the right to amend the promotion terms and conditions or to cancel or extend the term of the promotion at any time, in which case an updated, amended version of the promotion terms and conditions will be posted on abnamro.nl.
• All natural persons meeting the investment terms and conditions are eligible for the Winter Bonus. Business clients are also eligible to take part. There is no charge for participating in this promotion.
• The promotion is governed by Dutch law.
