Direct Quarterly Savings discontinued

What are the consequences for you?

Your Direct Quarterly Savings (Direct Kwartaal Sparen) account has been changed to a different savings account in January 2022. Depending on your usage, Direct Quarterly Savings has changed to Direct Savings, an Investment Savings Account, Zakelijk Flexibel Sparen or a Charitas Savings Account. Your account number remains the same.

The regular and bonus interest rate of Direct Quarterly Savings were both 0.00%. Direct Savings, the Investment Savings Account, Zakelijk Flexibel Sparen and the Charitas Savings Account all have the same interest rate.

The conditions of your new savings account now apply. Read the conditions for your new savings account below.

In the current interest rate environment, Direct Quarterly Savings was almost equal to the savings account to which your account has been changed. As a bank, we are always trying to improve our products and our service. In order to offer you a clear product range, we are reducing the number of products we sell. This makes it easier to make improvements and offer the level of service that you can expect from us.

Yes, the conditions and interest rate of your new savings account will apply now.

Find the conditions for your new savings account below.

Your Direct Quarterly Savings account has been changed to a savings account which is most suitable for you, based on your usage. It is always possible for you to close the savings account which we opened for you free of charge and, for instance, open a different savings account to which you transfer the money.

Do you have any questions about this change? You can reach us by phone (calls charged at your standard rate).
