Are you using Internet Banking or iDEAL? Always use the latest version of your operating system and browser to ensure secure use.
We recommend using the latest version of your browser. Doing so ensures that you have the manufacturer's latest security updates and service packs. Update your current browser or switch to a different one.
If you upgraded your Mac to OS X Yosemite and log in to Internet Banking with a USB-connected e.dentifier, download and reinstall the software for the e.dentifier2. Note: Restart your Mac after installing the software. You can then log in again with the USB-connected e.dentifier.
If you are using the Internet Explorer app on the start screen of your Windows 8 (or higher) computer, you will not be able to log in to Internet Banking with the USB-connected e.dentifier2. You will, however, be able to log in with the USB-connected e.dentifier if you start Internet Explorer from your desktop. You cannot log in with the USB-connected e.dentifier2 on computers running Windows RT.
The minimum screen resolution for Internet Banking and iDEAL is 800 x 600 pixels. We recommend using the higher resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. You will need this resolution for My Dealing Room. Internet Banking displays the best on Windows Vista and Windows 7 and 8 with the 'Classic' theme, which is set in 'Display', 'Properties'. Internet Banking displays the best on an Apple computer by choosing 'Display' from the selection menu on the desktop.
There are a variety operating systems and browsers on the market. We cannot provide technical support for operating systems and browsers that are not certified for our systems, such as Linux, Opera and obsolete versions of Windows. This does not mean that they do not work and that you cannot use them. If you have questions about how Internet Banking works with your operating system, please contact Client Services.
