Our business payment packages have been revamped. We will convert your Basics for Business package to Volop Ondernemen Smart before the end of 2023. You do not need to take any action. On this page, you can read more about our new packages and what will happen.

Can I also switch packages?

Yes, you can switch packages monthly once you have Volop Ondernemen Smart. You can then easily arrange this yourself in Internet Banking Business on the 'Self service' page.

I have another business account. Can I also transfer these to Volop Ondernemen?

We are transferring business accounts to Volop Ondernemen in several phases over the coming months. You do not need to take any action. You will receive a notification from us when we convert an account.

I still see the Basics for Business package in Internet Banking Business. What do I need to do?

You do not need to take any action. All customers are automatically transferred in stages.
