Blocking a business credit card

Lost your credit card or had it stolen?

If you lose your credit card or if it is stolen, you can prevent misuse by blocking it immediately.

 

Blocking your credit card

Call the ICS Loss & Theft department directly on +31 (0)20 660 06 11 (usual charges apply) to report your credit card missing and have it blocked. You can also call this number if a cash machine has swallowed your credit card. Your card will be blocked immediately.

If your credit card has been stolen, report it to the police as soon as possible. If your ABN AMRO credit card is stolen while you’re abroad, make an official report to the local police. Once your credit card has been blocked, you will be insured against misuse.

Finding your credit card

If you find a credit card that you’ve reported missing, it will no longer be valid. Cut through the chip (on the front) and the hologram (on the reverse side) of this credit card.

Your credit card is damaged

If your credit card is damaged and can’t be used, call the Business Card Service Desk on +31 (0)20 660 37 72.
