The right banker for you. After completing the contact form, you will be called back by Ian Segers, Manager New Business. He is responsible for the first contact and your introduction to the bank.

Ian takes stock of your wishes, needs and financial questions. Your specific life phase and your preferences are central to this. For example: do you want to contact a private banker at a branch in your area or do you prefer online services? The aim is to select the banker who has the most experience with your specific situation. Based on this information, Ian will match you to your private banker.

After the conversation with Ian, you will meet your private banker and you will receive an explanation about your Client Service Team and the role of your banker. Your private banker oversees your financial plans and ensures that the right steps are taken to achieve your goals. How? By continuously assessing whether personal and/or market developments are having an effect on them.

Private Assistance

Do you have a question about paying, saving, borrowing, insurance or online banking? If so, our colleagues from Private Assistance are at your service. This team of expert advisers for your daily banking needs can always help you quickly and professionally.

Investing?

If you invest or want to invest, an investment adviser or asset manager is also part of your Client Service Team. You can choose: an asset manager if you outsource the investment or an investment adviser if you want to manage your investment portfolio yourself, but with advice.

You discuss your goals and wishes with your private banker. You also map out your financial situation together. Your private banker will make a clear report of this.
