When you receive your new credit card, you still need to activate it. You will receive a letter containing an activation code for this. You can activate your credit card immediately online via the ICS Cards website.
Have you lost your credit card or has it been stolen? Then call International Card Services on telephone no. +31 (0)20 660 06 11 (usual call charges apply) to have it blocked. This number is available 24/7.

To change data and log in to Creditcard Online or to transfer money, you will be asked to enter a password and code. The code is sent to the telephone number known to ICS. Not received the code or have a new telephone number? Then view the frequently asked questions about double security.
Is your credit card damaged or do you need a new one for another reason? Then request a replacement card via the ICS website. If you do not have Stand-By Service, a replacement credit card incurs a one-off cost of € 5.00.
