On holiday
Nobody wants an accident, illness or breakdown during their holiday, but if it does happen to you, call our helpline right away. We can help you if you need to return home earlier than planned, for instance, or if you need an interpreter. We will also give you advice and clear information about your claim payout.
Breakdown
If your car breaks down in the Netherlands or abroad, call our helpline and we’ll get you back on the road fast. If your car has been damaged, but it’s not an emergency, please call +31 (0)38 - 49 67 123 (usual call charges apply) to submit your claim.
Damage to your house
If your house has been damaged and it needs fixing fast, call our helpline. ABN AMRO will engage a repair company right away, at no extra charge. The company will contact you within two hours to make an appointment and arrange emergency repairs. If there is damage, but it’s not an emergency, simply submit the claim online.
