You do not want to invest any more? We will do everything to assist you. However, sometimes it may be better to change your form of investing rather than stopping altogether. See below what the best solution is for you.

Change your form of investing

Are you looking for another form of investing that suits you better? Discover our other forms of investing or make use of our decision helper.

Do you want to switch from Self Directed Investing Basic to Self Directed Investing Plus? Then go to your account overview in Internet Banking. Click on your current investment account and select 'product settings' to switch. You keep your account number, your settings and historical data. 

Stop investing

Want to stop investing? You can do this immediately by sending us a letter (see Article 12.2 General Terms and Conditions of investing). Alternatively, you can let us close the account for Guided Investing and Self Directed Investing online. You will then receive instructions on selling or transferring your investments.

Please note: As soon as your balance is 'zero', we can close the account for you after 15 months.
