  2. Go to ‘Self service’
  3. You’ll find your loan(s) at the bottom of that page in the overview of your products.

Withdrawal Flexibel Krediet

Withdrawing money

Do you want to withdraw money from your Flexibel Krediet facility? Simply enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm your choice. The money you withdraw will be transferred to the current account linked to your loan. This current account is always the account from which direct debits relating to your loan are made. 

Details of this current account can be found in Internet Banking under 'My loan details'.

Please note! Whenever you want to withdraw cash, we will always check that this is responsible. To do that we sometimes need new information, in that case we'll inform you about that. We can also reject a cash withdrawal. Furthermore, a check is made with the Dutch Credit Registration Office (BKR) for every cash withdrawal.

Make additional repayment or repay in full

Do you want to make an additional repayment, or do you want to repay your loan in full with a single lump sum? Simply enter the amount you want to repay and confirm your instruction. Do you not use Internet Banking? Find out more about making additional repayments by means of credit transfer.

More about withdrawing money from your Flexibel Krediet facility

Do you want to withdraw money from your Flexibel Krediet facility? You can submit a request through Internet Banking. This can be done at the following times:  

  • Monday to Saturday  6.00 a.m. - 8.30 p.m.  
  • Sunday  12 noon - 5 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. - 10 p.m.  
  • First and last day of the month  6 a.m. - 7 p.m.  

When you withdraw money from your Flexibel Krediet facility, the money is transferred to the current account that is linked to your loan. Details of this current account can be found in Internet Banking under ‘My loan details'. This current account is always the account from which direct debits relating to your loan are made.

If you want to withdraw money, your request will be assessed. If your request is approved, your money will be paid to you. Payment takes place on Monday to Friday at the following times: 

  • 10 a.m.  
  • 12 noon 
  • 3 p.m. 
  •  
  • The minimum amount of time you need to allow between submitting your request and receiving payment is a few minutes. Important! No money is paid out at weekends. This means that if you request payment after 3 p.m. on a Friday, the money will be paid out on Monday at 10 a.m.
