An IBAN in the United Arab Emirates is mandatory and consists of 23 characters. Example: AE460090000000123456789

These international transfers are subject to private transfer fees and business transfer fees . If you choose for the OUR option, the beneficiary will not be charged anything by their bank. ABN AMRO Bank charges an OUR fee for this.

The conditions for a payment to United Arab Emirates

For a transfer to a bank account in United Arab Emirates, it is mandatory to enter a Purpose code. 

If you use Internet Banking (business) or Access Online Classic

Enter the purpose code at the beginning of the description. See the list of purpose codes below. It is also possible to add a personal description in addition to the mandatory description.
