To file a claim on your travel insurance, you need a number of documents . You can upload these documents after filing the claim. Below you can see what you need to do for each type of claim.

Luggage

  • Proof of police report in the case of theft or loss

When you file a claim with us, we next establish what happened and whether the claim is covered. You provide us with the information we need.

Does your claim involve missing luggage or a crime? Then send us proof of the report to the police, hotel management or travel company. Sometimes we ask an expert to establish what happened.

You choose the amount that your cancellation insurance insures. For a short-term travel insurance, this can be up to €20,000 per trip. For an annual travel insurance, this can be €1,500 or €3,000 per person per trip.
